Charlie White is a freelance music composer, songwriter/producer and creative director with a passion for sound design and a continued drive to disrupt the boundaries between music and sound.
Charlie cut his teeth at Squeak E Clean Studios (formerly Nylon Studios), where he rose through the ranks from making coffees and picking up lunches to becoming the studio’s first Associate Creative Director in Australia. He still loves making coffee, too.
His composition work spans film, television and brands across the globe, with clients including Apple, Google, Samsung, Netflix, Meta, Nintendo and many more. His work in media has reached #1 trending on YouTube, earned a Webby Honoree and AWARD finalist recognition, and he was also named a B&T 30 Under 30 Creative Finalist.
Alongside his work in media, Charlie is an accomplished music producer and songwriter, collaborating with artists across Pop, Hip Hop, Country, K-Pop, Electronic and Indie. His songwriting credits include tracks that have charted as high as #13 in the UK Club Charts, while receiving critical acclaim from Triple J, BBC Radio and a range of international music blogs. As a touring musician, Charlie has shared stages across Australia with artists including Vera Blue and Pnau.
Charlie also makes time for his solo project, Patches Paradise, and tries to soak up as much sunshine as possible.
